Louis Davis is arrested for retail theft from the Navy Exchange store. While working for the State of Florida Department of Corrections he is stealing tools from Wal-Mart. He submitted untruthful information on a Dept of Corrections report on 10/19/96, failed to notify them he was also arrested on 11/18/94 for retail theft, falsification of records in that he was arrested on or about 7/6/87 for shoplifting, and on 5/24/88 for auto theft which resulted in a nolle prossed for the auto theft and a guilty plea for theft. He was fired from the Dept of Corrections for being caught sleeping on the job twice and for being a thief and lying about it.
