Louis Davis is arrested for retail theft from the Navy Exchange store. While working for the State of Florida Department of Corrections and with access to the discounted merchandise available at the Navy Exchange for his Army Reserve duty he is stealing a car stereo. Louis Davis entered a plea and was adjudicated guilty, ordered to serve 30 days in jail and paid court cost of $115.00. He submitted untruthful information on a Dept of Corrections report on 10/19/96, failed to notify them he was also arrested on 11/18/94 for retail theft, falsification of records in that he was arrested on or about 7/6/87 for shoplifting, and on 5/24/88 for auto theft which resulted in a nolle prossed for the auto theft and a guilty plea for theft. He was fired from the Dept of Corrections for being caught sleeping on the job twice and for being a thief and lying about it.
