Davis is trying to justify passing on a 25 MPH residential street with children going to school on it.

 Satellite images from Google show NO lines on Egan Drive. Witness John Garrido who lives on the street states there are NO lines on Egan Drive. The witness statement and photo evidence show that the statements made by Louis Davis are inconsistent with the evidence.
