Davis passes and shots at a parked Vilchez on Garwood Drive as Witnessed by Jose Rivera
Witness Jose Rivera statement is that Vilchez was stopped on a speed bump (2 bumper) on the south end of Garwood Drive when Louis Davis exited his neighborhood and drove past Vilchez. Davis fired his weapon on Vilchez and Vilchez shot 2 rounds back at Davis. One round did strike Davis's car as described in the Forensic report from the OCSO. Davis is on the phone with 911 as he exits the neighborhood and can be heard shooting at Vilchez as he hangs up his phone again. Vilchez is also on the phone with 911 stating his location as Davis drives by and shots at Vilchez. Vilchez states that Davis just shot at him again and he did return fire. The shots by Davis can be heard on the 911 call of Victor Vilchez. Witness Rolando Gonzales states he heard 2 rounds behind his house towards Garwood Drive and Brando Drive just before Davis drives up in front of his neighbors house.
